Pisana forma otkaza

(1) Otkaz se daje u pisanoj formi.
(2) Poslodavac je obavezan, u pisanoj formi, obrazložiti otkaz.
(3) Otkaz se dostavlja radniku, odnosno poslodavcu kojem se otkazuje.
